We at Hobby Enclave want you to be happy with your purchases. If there is a problem, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your items. Please note custom orders and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you wish for a price adjustment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
For us to accept your return or exchange, we ask that the item is unused and in its original packaging. You should include a copy of the transaction or packing slip with your return. For return shipping, we recommend a traceable shipping method, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges and insurance fees.
Once we receive your return, we will aim to process the refund within 2-3 business days and apply it to your original form of payment. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to appear in your account. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.
